Early 1930's bsa ble had it a while . Just a nice handling gun. It was resleaved in the 1980's so I think it's had a considerable amount of use over its life.

That's just mad . Will have to keep my eyes open if they are going for that much and get a pair.

I would love a modern side by side with twin triggers, 3" chambers and multichoke for steel. Seems largely unobtainium at a reasonable price

About six months ago I bought an Ansley H Fox grade HE SxS 12 gauge that left the factory with 30” barrels that had 3” chambers . That gun was a bit on the heavy side if memory serves 9 1/2 pounds it was also choked pretty tight 45/1000’s in the right and 53/1000’s in the left . The chambers were also tight , factory 3” would slide right in but the once fired hulls I acquired and am pretty sure were fired in a pump or semi auto I had a hell of a time getting them sized enough for easy extraction . After a couple months I sold it to a friend .
