Yukon Photon

Guys the combination of the doubler and the T20 with the IR pill which you can also get from Marky and now you can get them in 3 driver modes which means you have 3 light brightness's this all combined makes it a great wee unit for the money The T20 cleans up the image as seen on the Vid hope this helps you.

Forgot one more thing to add is one of those rubber eye extenders for scopes cuts out all the light round about.

Now we just need Yukon to get their finger out and make enough Photons so that we can all buy the doublers to put on them!! Why on earth would a company announce a new product that most shooters would want to buy and then not be able to produce them in large enough quantities to satisfy demand or are they just withholding them to push up the demand?

Gunner269, the reason behind the delay, if you want the honest answer is due to man power and time taken at QA.

Essentially digital night vision devices are assembled, packed and shipped, the Photon as it is a Digital Monocular mated to a traditional optical scope, needs to be calibrated by a human, before it can be shipped.

So essentially every Photon made has to go through calibration, and given the huge demand on ALL Pulsar products this means lead times are inevitably increased.

We are due a batch of 100 very soon, which should clear a huge majority of back orders, although at present every second call is a Photon order......

Dear mr Scott Country.
I ordered mine on 23rd august.
Could you please state whether I am in the coming 100.

Bryan.

Whilst I have every sympathy with Scott Country for the flak they must be taking over these, if they took so long to make and calibrate, then they would cost a lot more than £400 each.

Up to now mine has cost me £595 but im very happy with it as i use it a lot during the day,and at night it comes into its own.

Look on the nightvisionforum for information on getting a lens adapter
I've tried to register on the forum and keep getting rejected for getting the anti spam question wrong. Just what is their logo ? I've tried everything I can think of but am defeated by the computer.

Thanks DSD,
Yes that's it. I was being too literal and thinking of a visual symbol rather than a tagline.

Hi,

My doubler arrived yesterday. I fit it and went to do zero.My vertical calibration was maximum down but shoot was still much to high ( 40 yards 4 inches to high). When I removed doubler, everything back to normal. Is there any reason for this?

Sounds very much like either the doubler or lens isn't parallel with the Photon lens. Are you sure the doubler adaptor is pushed all the way in ?

i use the mk 1 and 2 photons. I put a double on the mi 1 and it did exactly the same as above, since found out you have to fix the doubler in position but on the pulsar 750 the doubler has 4 grub screws which line the doubler up and keep it in place 100 %. At

i now now use the doua guess I would fix it with some sealant and give it some wide black tape to finish it off

i use mine out to a hundred with ease with a decent IR , don't needs doubler really. I have put that on my panning photon for clarity only

Doubler is fully in 100 % .I double checked .Also my friend has the same problem ( we bought it together).
The lens need to be screwed in to the adapter.Maybe I should screwed half way only? I`m not sure what to check next.
