Zeiss secacam mk 7 cellular stealth camera

Going to replace my last surviving spy point stealth and looking at the latest cellular mk 7 cellular by zeiss or the hic camera
Its going as a chiller security camera so permanent position up out of the way

I’ve historically used spy point but having had several they’ve worked and I’ve had problems with most of them l
over the time decided to move on to another make

Got the hik and zeiss secacam on the shortlist but have anyone on here been using one or the other, my main questions are

Does the cellallur work properly ( got good signal on location)

Can a solar panel be supplied or fitted with them as its not going to move from its elevated position

I’ve seen the picture quality on the hic which is pretty good, considerably better than the old spy point, not the zeiss

Any info or experiences on either would be brilliant

HIK is ok, app is terrible and I’d say there’s not much in it against spypoint- can’t comment of Zeiss so watching with interest!

Zeiss seacam's i have have been great, the one issue I have found is if i move them and switch it off and then on again it stops sending pictures for while. One camera stopped working and I reformatted to SAD card and that solved it.they come with batteries and card already fitted, batteries they put in do not seem to last long. One issue is the more pics it takes. the more it costs you with the plan. Choose your pot wisely, if you have a lot of pheasants it wil cost you a lot of money

ZEISS only. We run 5 Secacam 7 and they are fantastic.
