Zeroing .22LR

I have a pal dropping round later to zero his new .22lr.

Not ideal dead calm day but not really windy either. I can set him up with safe back stops to shoot either with breeze in his face or directly behind. He wants to zero with sub sonics.

Best results up / down wind or no real difference ?

Zero @ 18yds then the secondary zero will be around 52yds.
The wind will have none if very little effect @ 18 yards.
