Hi guys
well here is the update
I sent my Ziess Victoy RF binoculars to Gary Hawkins East Coast binocular repair as suggested
Gary had to send them to Ziess in Germany for the repair
after Five weeks they arrived at my door today
all repairs rectified looking like new,new strap,new lens covers and even a new lens cloth
all free of charge
I could not recommend Gary enough great service

Presumably these were within the 2 year warranty period? If outside of 2 years do customers in the UK customers have to pay for shipping to Germany when getting repairs?

My binos are well past 2yr warranty .. maybe 6yrs old at least ...I didn’t have any paper work or receipt..
they came back looking like new with the fault repaired ..
first class service... No charge..
