Subaru did one in LPG from new. I would not buy a converted one.
Well done re the credit card. Not a lot of people know that regarding the deposit.

plus lots more bad news for my number one on my list
43 faults and 3 recalls across the range and years OMG
So ford and jap now in the running as the forester fuel is't that good?

I have been a great fan of the FL2 since it was introduced with more than 180,000 miles in two vehicles without major issue. Changed this year for a Subaru Forester only because the FL2 replacement the Discovery Sport available then had 7 seats, no boot and no spare wheel. I hope you are aware that they are out of production now.
I had a disco sport on loan while my RR was being repaired again , the disco sport broke down while I had it !
To be fair I've a relative who works for a Land Rover dealer and he reckons the new disco sports have been breaking down between the car transporter and the compound around the back of the dealership! The ones that have made it generally are breaking down when the poor soles have picked them up and on there way home! Poor QA from the factory plus rushing development... I must say that my Freelander 2 was excellent im not to sure about my current range rover (fingers crossed!) As an aside I believe I read that the new 2016 toyota hilux has been nine years in development prior to release to market...
9 YEARS ! jesus that is a long time !
