does any one no of any stalking ground going

I made buisness cards, produced fliers, drove round close on 1000 miles & knocked on doors made give away mugs and after about 40 attempts & six months trying I got my first 30 acre permision two weeks ago.

I feel having DSC1, first aid, BASC, doing as much reserch on the site as i could and planning my presentation carfulley helped.

Biggest need is for a thick skin for when your told to F off

However when I finaly got it the owners told me they had been strugling to find somone?????

The biggets anoyance was those who said they had a stalker in place but hardly if ever saw him?

Having got this permision the owners have said they will put me in touch with the owners all arround them who may also need help

In our village we used to have a Carton Factory but it has been defunct for many years but recently men have been seen measuring it up and rumour has it that it will be a new business soon.
I am hoping it will be a Land factory because Land is in such short supply I reckon that if they started manufacturing Land they would be on to a winner, I'd buy some in a flash.

Yep, Loads. Just put the effort in like everyone else....

Ive only been stalking a year and got circa 2.5k acres now, all through putting the effort in and building a good relationship with the land owners.... not posting on sites asking for freebies.

May I be so bold as to suggest you make a post entitled

"Advice wanted: Stalking newbie looking for help in how to approach land owners, do's and dont's"

or alternatively apply common sense and just be friendly and open to the landowners you do speak to.
