To be honest I was leaning towards it being a hare, having never seen one there before I wasn't too sure. Had all sorts of pictures from the ground including a fairly recent one of the best roe buck I've ever seen. Plenty of fallow, and endless pics of rabbits, badgers, foxes, magpies, and of course the old favourite.... the general public miles away from where they should be. But in more exciting news I spoke with the landowner yesterday and he has seen 3 muntjac on the ground before, so the picture could indeed be a muntie!!
but enhance the picture and you will clearly see that this had 2 tails, the pink spot below the top tail(white patch) shows where it broke off, so not a muntie or a hare but a kangarillapig,
