Reloader Swiss Quickload service

I'd recently posted that I was considering the use of RS powders in my 7mm-08.
On browsing Reloader Swiss's website again, I noticed that they offer a Quickload service for chambering/bullet combinations which don't appear in their load data.
Along with your chambering, bullet type, and weight, you'll have to supply them with your barrel length and maximum available cartridge overall length, taken from your own rifle. They'll put it all through Quickload, and in my case, supplied their powder recommendations along with the Quickload results, within a working day.
What an excellent service !!

If this doesn't work, you'll find the page by going to "Service" on the top bar, then click on calculated load data.
Damn good idea really, bit of a shame the other suppliers don't do it !

Its exactly what you need when considering a new powder/load combination.
Were all quick to criticise when we've got a gripe, but I also feel that it's worth promoting excellence when I come across it. Especially if it will help other members !

Yes, until more data becomes available, they're offering this service to anyone who enquires. I've used it myself for Creedmoor loads and within a week I received an email with the full details from QL, together with recommended nominal loads.

I have also submitted full data to them for loads developed from scratch for my .308 in case it was of help to anyone else not expecting to hear anything back. Within a few weeks, I received a nice e:mail from them and they had checked the data against QL, and published it (they have a customer load data section on their website) plus sent me a cap in the post by way of thanks which was unexpected.

Their customer support is fantastic.

Not to mention that their RS62 seems to be a very useful powder!

I had a reply to what powder to use and not only did I have the info on what powder RS62 but as I gave them all my bullet and case OAL Barrel bla bla they sent over the full load chart inc CUP pressure ect .

Problem with Swiss RS powders is finding someone who stocks them, I'm at the moment trying to source RS 62 in the Northwest to replace H4350 for my Creedmoor

Bought some RS 50 from Norman Clark's a few days ago. They recommended it as an alternative to Vit 140. They had what looked like the whole range in stock.

Had the same experience when I asked about the 7x64. 2 days after initial request they sent a load through and then when I asked about a separate bullet (same weight) they sent that through!
