We recently took an account with them having suffered with ParcelFarce, DHL, Fedex etc ......
they all have their failings but so far so good

Postman PatOrdered an item from TAC Light which is a very helpful company which unfortunately uses DpD to deliver its goods , once again messed around by DPD not bothering to read the delivery notes from TAC Light , of course DpD do not
answer its phones for at least 20mins in the hope you will go away but being bloody minded I managed to speak to them & complained oh silly me of course I was given a fresh delivery date being today but did it arrive of course not.
My simple message is never never deal with any company using DpD. Suppliers kindly take note have spent over 8k on various bits & bobs in the last 18 months but will never again deal with any supplier using The Dreaded DpD
delivery company.

Parcels to go took from 31st of May until today from Gloucester to Devon. Must have been horse and cart !!!!!!!!
They also tried to rip me off twice. They insisted the carrier they used said the parcels were over weight, and in fact they were well under weight. They said they paid an excess and I owed them, whilst this was going on they tried it on another consignment. Never used them again or paid.
Rod,
DPD do not use any other carrier. They are effectively DHL domestic, same group. German Post owned. They employ all their own drivers.

Stan, you must have misread buddy, the quote says Parcel to Go.
Don't take this the wrong way but there's an almost delicious irony in that remark!they have managed to loose a 3kg wheel at their hub in Brum!
