Not according to the powder manufacturer’s website linked above by Muir!

Hodgdon list 16 loadings for the 30-06 with Varget and bullets ranging from 110gr - 220gr.

I have been using it with 165sst and had very good results just changing bullets have an old manual but just want up to date specs

110 vmax 49.7 - 58.9
150 sst 41.0 - 51.6
Eighth edition so need to spend out on new manual thanks for reply

I Hope this is NOT news to you now 'jonny c' but your choice of propellant is/has already been banned from further import into the UK Market, p*ssing off you (no doubt), me and a whole bunch of other reloaders quite sincerely!???. Real PAIN isn't it ??

I have enough to last me some time should I say ‍♂️

Yes, I too managed to squirrel away a few tubs of that now lamentably "missing" VARGET to keep my present fave .223 round alive and kicking should have a year or two if I am sensible when and where I pull the trigger, but we both will have to bite the bullet at some point in the future...!! Hopefully by then the optimum replacement powder options will have been discussed and settled on so we may be able to ride the wave and NOT have to spend a load of time and money sorting this out ourselves eh?.. Good luck!
