The point is. We are destroying our rock to the point of no repair. Whether you believe in climate change or not.. (there's plenty of data to credit the idea).. is beyond the point. I don't want to argue that, for most of us here, who are not scientists and have zero access to real data, arguing human climate change is like arguing for or against the existence of any given deity. Its pointless.
However, pollution and habitat destruction is real. and that is something we should look to resolving as a species, that problem is man made... Sht needs to be done on a global scale.
And population...? Why do most people still refuse to mention it? It is inseparable from arguments about behaviour, politics and socio-economics. All are bound up together and unless and until human population, which the above factors are simultaneously drivers of and responses to, are taken into account no discussion can be taken seriously nor any solutions found.
