Definitely SikaThere are Sika in Chesapeake bay, eastern shore. I met local hunters there last year. Introduced in early 1900s apparently. I haven’t watched the new series yet but that is where episode 3 is based.

What I like about the 'Meat Eater' series is that it also shows bad shots, wounded animals, long follow-ups, missed opportunities and schoolboy errors. Just like in real hunting then, when not everything always goes to plan.
What I don't like is the questionable practise of gralloching with bare hands and the often disastrous shot placement, in particular with Bow hunting, which appear to be more acceptable in the USA than it is over here.
