Mods help required

I'm ok on my phone .but when I try to log in on the iPad the password doesn't work??? So I cant post on the site thru the iPad?? Ivev requested a reset of password, but I come up as user name"Glazier" ?? Even though I'm using my email addy .I should come up as kjf.

I cant log on using my I pad. I've tried resetting my pass word using my email addy of flynny223@googlemail.com . But it says I'm / my user name is "Glaizer"

I'm kjf ??? Lol. Can you try and sort out for me please
