we atr Brock and Norris custom Rifles have decided to give the stalking community a chance to win a B+N custom rifle worth 5.5 K.
the spec is as follows
Stiller predator action
select match grade barrel
jewell trigger
mcmillan M40 HTG stock / pillar bedded
dave talley rings and bases
ase utra north star moderator
nikkon monarch 4-16 scope
The rifle will be delivered with full load developement including all load data and drop charts for 50/100/150/200/and 250 yard zeroes.
in the hard case will be bore guide , cleaning rod , and our Borka Torque wrench .
also there will be 100 rounds of ammunition loaded to the specification of this rifle.
Jelen deer services have most generously added a days roe stalking ot top off this package.

there will be a certificate of authenticity for this rifle and HERO as the rifle has been christened shall be engraved with the legend DEDICATED TO THOSE WHO HAVE PAAID A HIGHER PRICE.
The cost of raffle tickets are £5 each or a book of five for £20. tickets will be on sale at Newarks Shot Show and at Major game fairs throughout the year with the draw taking place at the Midland Game fair in September. Any and all funds go to Help for Heroes

I'll definately buy tickets but I won't want the rifle unless you change the spelling- DEDICATED TO THOSE WHO HAVE PAAID A HIGHER PRICE. :lol:

I should imagine that for now tickets will be on sale at the shows we attend or at the workshop, I shall endevour to set up a service so that others can have the chance to obtain tickets in the near future.

For further information, our good friend Alan Wood has generously offered to provide one of his hunting knives to go along with the above package (you would expect to wait at least a year for one of Alan's knives).

Gentlemen what an offer, and for such a worthy cause. I have no doubt the spelling will be correct on any engraving applied to this rifle. It just goes to show how much real support there is for all those in our armed services, and especially for those who have paid the ultimate price.

Good evening gents .I response to Lous Question the rifle is to be built in 243 win 1: 8 twist to stabilise any and all bullets up to 100grain The reason we have decided to go this route is this. We will have the completed rifle for veiwing at all the shows that we attend . It is a caliber that virtually no. police authority will have a problem with and is universaly accepted. We will also be able to hand the rifle to the lucky winner on the day of the draw at the Midland Gamefair. Having the prize there so that people can veiw it should boost ticket sales and raise as much as we possibly can for the boys .
the tickets are being printed as we speak and a bank account is being set up for the proceeds of ticket sales. you will be able to purchase tickets from Brock and Norris at the Buttery Farm , Kynnersley, telford Tf6 6EG as soon as bank details are available and we would ask that all cheques be made out to that account .

Many apologies for the spelling but had just pulled a 15 hour day in the workshop and was absolutely bloody fried!!!!! Sometimes my head is a complete shed .
yes the spelling will be will be absolutely correct / spell checked/ referenced with a thesorus etc.

Good evening Lou . I am sorry the rifle is offered only in this spec as it is one of our RANGER rifles wich has become one of our signature models over the last few years. The scope was donated Most Generously by John Brite of Highland Outdoors and the moderator Was donated by Peter Jackson Of Jackson Rifles. . With the chance of winning a 5.5k rifle for as little as a fiver................. are you really goinh to quibble ????????:D

I know it might seem like looking a gift horse in the mouth but I know what I look for on a rifle and if its hasn't got what I want I'd only end up selling it off cheap. Unfortunately I already have a .243 built to my requirements which I definitely won't be getting rid of

That's ok - you can just donate to Help for Heroes instead. Finding it very hard not to swear on a forum now....
 
I know you won't swear!, ................ but I know exactly where you are coming from!. The flower of our youth is worth so much more than those who mock could ever realise.

a great offer indeed, and a great cause! It will be a pleasure to take the lucky winner stalking with us in Hampshire (...... unless I win it meself, then I'll just go out and have a stalk!)
