anyone used ND3 LASER

Ive had the nd3, the smaller version on my annie for a while now, no problems whatsoever, even at the lower temperature. USED the handwarmer to cover the battery housing when necessary, its not the unit, its the cheap batteries. Ive just purchased the nd-3x50 for the 223, this unit has been tested to -17degrees without any problems. They have a new unit being released but it wont be available here in the uk at all, the subzero, and thats straight from the horses mouth only 2 days ago, as i already enquired before i bought the 1 available here. I have full confidence in this unit, and yes it does work on foxes and bunnies 100%.

I was on the phone to swillington shooting supplies last week and they have 6 ND3 X 50 subzero models due in end of this month
 
ive shot three foxes with mine now sqeaked one in to twenty five yards but some do run off like any other light source,i use mine for sitting on baited spots seems ok but no substitute for nv

NOW THATS INTERESTING, a phone call will be made to a certain company who told me they wont be imported. And the order i made cancelled if its true.

I didn't want batteries and lamp to lug around either,bought a Tiablo led flash light from www.inovatech.co.uk. Mounts onto your scope,gives a full nights lamping with it's two Li-Ion batteries.Gives a tight beam out to 300 yards +.Kit comes with red filter and car charger.Not cheep though and i had couple of niggles,charger didn't work and a spare switch didn't work,replaced by return post.other than that,a great lamp,maybe what your looking for.

Yep, I recently bought one. I had it 36hrs and one trip out with it. I returned it after that. The brilliant gun-shop returned my money (£269) and I then bought a Clulite Master-lite Supreme.

The ND3 looked brilliant, was well presented in superb all-weather canvas box. It came with several different mounts, all of excellent quality. The unit is beautifully built and casts a perfect green disc of light. The diameter of the light is variable from approx 1m at 40M down to 40mm at 40M. Its amazing. It does everything is says on the box, EXCEPT, the in-line switch (momentary) only worked intermittently. Really annoying !!! I tried everything, even filling new batteries. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it just didn't. Doesn't matter how brilliant the technology is... if it isn't reliable when it counts, then its no good. Co'mon BSA, sort it out !
 
Foxes 0 ND3 1

Took it out last night, what an awesome bit of kit that is. Foxes and rabbits werent bothered by it. At 150 yards I could see the detail of leaves on trees and bushes. Shot the fox at 110 yards and he was crystal clear and didnt even flinch with the ND3 on him. This was a very lamp shy fox too that ive been trying to get for a few weeks now.

I have the nd3 x 50 and use it on my .22 rimmy and .223 CF, using a small lightweight lamp to spot the target I then use the nd3 on my scope mount to illuminate the target and shoot as required.

The beam adjusts to precisely fit the scope and has windage and elevation adjustments, the lamp is brilliant, mine is not the sub zero but it works perfectly in all temperatures perfect bit of kit
