Hunters Element Clothing?

In fairness, after a day of trying multiple different means of getting them to respond I finally got an email, funny that.... they’re going to look into it..... could have relied to any previous message and I’d have been happy and kept quiet but hey ho. Will see what arrives if it ever does.
 
Update, and a frustrating one at that.... my order has spent 3 weeks sitting at their export postal distribution centre not moving..... “delays in postage service”. It’s still there now and no sign of it moving.....so in fairness to Hunters Element, not their fault, but seriously NZ, if you want to get your economy going, you might need to sort this situation.....

Think this virus has put a backlog on mail coming in, i ordered a Annealer from europe on 5th may last track was 7th may, with parcel farce, the guy sent out another out with DHL took 3 days, i eventually got the other one 4 weeks later.
 
Well nearly 6 weeks in and the items finally landed in the U.K., now it’s cleared customs apparently but is now with the local depot. Bizarrely I’ve hear nothing from customs side of things but PayPal strangely emailed me to say it was awaiting customs payments?
I purposefully made the order under the threshold for any import duty, total value including postage was $110 so I sincerely hope there aren’t fees owed! God only know when I’ll actually get word of it from whichever company (presumably parcelforce) about the next stage, but suffice to say, I will not be wasting my time ordering anything from this company or directly from NZ ever again. Utterly ludicrous to think it can take this long, a container ship would have been quicker. Utter joke. And I fully expect the items in question to not fit so look out for a bargain as and when it does arrive because if it doesn’t fit, I’m not waiting another 6 weeks to return it. What a bloody joke!

Nearly 8 weeks later it finally has arrived. Kind of pointless now as I bought these items for sizing guides in the hope of ordering more from them but I’ll not be bothering with that! Top half I bought will be staying but the trousers will be up for sale shortly I reckon. Seems like good stuff but I’m not waiting 8 weeks for it next time.
