Yes. You need a mount with the windage adjustment incorporated in the rear block. Why not just buy a modern scope? You'll get through a lot less Anadin.

Do a search on E-bay for zielfernrohr. When you get "no results found" click on the worldwide option on the location preferences on the left side of the screen and you'll get a few hundred results from the e-bay Germany site. This style of scope comes up fairly regularly. That should give you a fair idea what they're fetching. If you then offer it for sale on the bay include the word zielfernrohr in your item title and you'll get maximum exposure.
