I rekindled my taste for brewing during lockdown.

I placed an order for quite a few different malts at an oline store. 2k of wheat malt for Weisbeer, various 2kg of pale ale malts, some 2kg stout malts and a few more. Idea being I could make a good variety of small batches.

Unfortunately the vendor sent all my carefully selected malts in one, large, ready mixed bag.

If you ever feel like doing a post with your ale brewing process I'd love to see it. Keen on giving it a go myself, cider and wine is easy!

It's honestly not as hard as some people make it out to be. Maybe next time I make a batch I'll do an "off-topic" post!
