Having just got the new tikka t3x ctr + stalon mod , I felt it cruel to put on an old scope , So off to the gun shop BIG mistake . The more i looked at what i wanted the more the price went up . Quick reality check and the thoughts of the Mrs shooting me with said new rifle i dialled it down .
With the shop owners guidance i Spotted a name not known to me and made in china did not thrill me , but the price tag £350 did , especially as it was a good £300 cheaper than the cheapest scopes i was looking at . Time will tell but i must say the glass is excellent it all feels solid along with a no quibble guarantee so I've taken a punt on the ELEMENT HELIX 6-24X50 .

worst case scenario it can go back , or swap it with a Bushnell tactical i have on another rifle i don't use , use as a club to defend myself with , if i buy another rifle . A quick google and they have some great reviews , like i said time will tell , anyone tried one PM me if your a scope snob and feel ashamed lol . gerry

I have one on my rimfire, it comes with all the bits to set the zero stop. I haven’t done it yet. Actually seems a fairly good scope for the money.

I looked at most top brands and especially a Vortex @ £650 i was going to buy , until i checked this Element and the clarity was on par , obviously not out in the woods so i don't know . a little disappointed with the Bushnell scopes compared to my old 6500 elite scopes , all of which swayed me to it .

I've been looking at these. Thinking of swapping my Vortex PST over onto my 6.5 and buying the scope you have for the 204. Let us know how you get on!

I have used one extensively for deerstalking, foxing, long-rage pest control and targets. IMO it is the best scope on the market for the price you pay. It is not a Swaro, but it is 1/5 of the price and it does allow you to do everything

The glass really is superb

Is it ffp or mil rad etc. Some scopes the clicks don't match the ret type to

Sorry late reply Triggerpull , Chuffed to bits with it . ok as mention no IR , but no big deal breaker , to me at least and only something to go wrong . i have a couple of scopes with it and seldom use it .
good in low and bright light . Go try one and check it side by side with a vortex . Im going to get the next one up asap when funds permit .
