While out roe stalking on Thursday afternoon I lost the rubber eye cup from the eye piece on my Swarovski EL Range binos. I emailed Swarovski customer service Thursday evening and received a reply from Austria on Friday morning stating Swarovski UK would send a replacement. Two new complete eye pieces arrived this morning, Monday, FOC !
Now that’s customer service!!

This year they took my Els and completely rebuilt them (basically a major service overhaul) because I felt that they just weren't sharp anymore. All FOC. They actually did need tweaking it turned out. Just one more example of the incredible service I have received from them on all my Swaro products over the years.
