Yeah they did - they necked it down to .25 and made the .25-06

Hits like the .270 but kicks like a .243!

Where do we start. 404, 505,........................... And if we take out all the "improved" that didn't the list is even bigger. Lets face it the 270 is a failed attempt to improve the 30-06!
