Its in the public domain it wasn't sent to him directly. It looks like this news is circulating to the correct people in the police
Just spoke with ICO people and was told we need to email gun trader and when they respond, they can do something. Raising a concern with an organisation
A quick Google and I've managed to download the data and had a quick look. Payment information appears not to contain any sensitive data and ultimately in my case, it appears that only my name, username, address, IP address and email are in open text. Not good................. They guy who I believe stole it has been banned from the site where he posted the details to the archve files but this post later on fuels my fears.......
Thanks, one more for my collection of gun nutz. Helps the thieves & terrorists to locate guns to steal. lol !! I have about 12 or 13 files of things that go with this, mostly US Gun Nutz. A good one to get is: PhillipinesGunOwners.csv.gz , has details about owners & the guns they own. If you run into any for the US that I don't have, be sure to let me know. Pistol permits especially. I love ****ing with these NRA MF'ers & the Republican morons they bought in Washington.
I have been purposely avoided sending people to look for data, the less hands this is in the better.
Also a few links have been containing malware so just be wary.
And apparently they have One month to inform us of a breach !
There website says they are hiring if anyone fancies becoming a DPO.

Neither could I but you can just change your data and delete any ads.

I tried the same. Instead, I edited all my details to make them unusable
The data appears to have been "harvested" on the morning of 18 Jul 21 - 3 days ago!
Unfortunately this is like shutting the barn door after all the cows have escaped. The information is out there and changing it on the website does little.
Granted i'm going to try get my account deleted as i don't want anything to do with them anymore.

I emailed Guntrader today (help@guntrader.uk) and asked them to delete my account. They replied within 20 mins confirming that there has been a data leak and have deleted my account.
How? I have no idea about civil suites.
