Well … just a heads up and acknowledgment of service up and beyond from

I’ve had a Vortex monocular solo 8x25 for few years and focus wheel was always tight but recently near enough locked up …. You could move it just bit not up at your eye in use

i contacted Country Sports Wholesale and got “Chris”
Explained situation and confirmed they did the vortex warranty he confirmed said no problem send it in …
Next afternoon I get a call saying they received it & yes not fit for use … new one posted …. It’s just arrived

so jist less than 48 hours from first phone call then posting I have a no quibble replacement from Vortex & Country Sports Wholesale …. No paperwork etc required and kept up to speed on what’s hapoening

outstanding service from them & testament to Vortex’s warrsnty

Good service here too.

Bought a Vortex Scope from @Monarch Country Products which was delivered directly from @CSWthe next day.
Due to a bit of a mix up they sent the wrong model. This was realised almost immediately and the right scope was delivered the next day.
