Anyone want a hand with any Bunny Bashing or fox control in Yorkshire area, 22LR , other rifles, open ticket, DSC 2 for over 20years next leave in Jan and I dont mind traveling

I thought they were roe bucks , better start looking at more pictures lol , I have ground with lots of them on in Scotland, but my leave is very very short after xmas so was looking to help out local, but not to worry though I will get back up there mid year

Unusual colouring in the top rabbit, looks like a domestic rabbit got into the warren?
Hey Rescue, these are not uncommon in areas with enough, and are one of the 4 natural variants you find.
We call the white collared duchy's after the domestic ones, then there's the black, the slight slate greys and the standard brown.
All these occur in the wild without any introduction of domestic animals.
This possibly could have happened historically, but has been widespread for many decades.
(At least back 12 years before the great winter of 2009/2010 happened and reset the clock on the majority of northern rabbits).😥

Thanks for the explanation, local knowledge, invaluable as always, in 38 years of bunny bashing all over Ireland, I've never seen that colouration, brown and the occasional black only.🙂
