Assuming it allows me I might plug my C50 into my PC using the USB C port and see if the footage is any better. I can confirm though playback from stream vision is degraded compared to what the eye sees through the scope.

No I have to agree out in the field there is no comparison between the two
it’s no fault of anyone that’s making these videos, it just the way they come out
but and it’s a big but looking tho the scope that fox would be crisp and Cristal clear , and as a few have said with a laser IR it’s the best I’ve looked thro
and as you know VM I had them all

Yes sumlight should not be used with IR it’s for covert non IR use to prevent spooking quarry up close..
I’m definitely in the camp of wanting more magnification, but and it’s a big but … there’s a lot of situations when I want more field of view 100% when rat shooting and 100% when shooting rabbits out the vehicle and trying to get on target, the likes of a Pard NV008 is useable but the restricted field of view on this and the likes of a Wraith 1080 , etc are very limiting and it’s a ball ache finding them in the scope, the C50 is SO MUCH better for this type of use and can be used at long range too, so for me it’s more versatile ..and a fully scaled reticule and PIP for me are a mandatory requirement for quick location and quick holdover shots in succession through the night ..

I can't help thinking some people are desperate to not like it for some reason. All I can say is I have the pulsar n970 and pard 008 both of which I was happy with. However I now have the c50 and it's in a different league in every respect. Watch as many YouTube videos as you want, proof is in the pudding. Some people won't be convinced no matter what.
Believe me I genuinely want it to be good I really do. I’m getting one ordered, if I’m lucky in the dealer having me near the top of there list, on Monday. I’m only sceptical about it having been bitten on the original Digex.

and that was the best in its day but time moves on , and I totally agree with you it no loss to me or anyone else if ten thousand questions are asked it’s only polite to try and answer those questions with honesty, and give a guidance as best you can , people will always make there own mind up

I shoot boar in the woods from a Highseat so quite liking the 3.5 mag
