Dr Christian Perronne worked as the French govt advisor on vaccines for 15 years.

Since he has spoken out against the current covid vaccines, there has been a media smear campaign to discredit him.

That his opinion carries weight is attested by the fact that he was called to address an EU Parliamentary debate on vaccines this month.

He is unequivocal in his condemnation of the reasons why experimental drugs were adopted and declares mortality levels caused by vaccination:

If only one subset of scientists espoused a view, and they put forward no data to support that, you would do well to have reservations.

What if multiple doctors around the world came to the same conclusion and presented supporting data?

Classen used UK MHRA data from the Yellowcard system and identified a very strong statistical link between the AstraZeneca vaccine and a rise in Parkinsons.

Also in the USA, a clinical pathologist has put together a data-laden presentation of the pathology induced by these vaccines:

So, people already suffering from Parkinsons showed more adverse reactions than others not already having had Parkinsons diagnosed. Parkinsons develops long before it becomes clinically diagnosable. BTW once you have diagnosable Parkinsons you might be expected to be less healthy in other ways too.

What were these extra adverse events ? They can hardly be suggesting that it made peoples' Parkinsons worse. As to whether the MMR vaccine might be effective against Covid, that's the first I've heard of that.

I do remember dire predictions of a forthcoming epidemic of human prion disease after the BSE crisis. Doesn't seem to have happened.

But also catching SARS-CoV-2 might predispose you to developing Parkinsons later.

More research needed (it's the job of researchers to identify more research for them to do, a career in itself.) Directing research to useful outcomes is another matter, but some seemingly off the-wall ideas have turned out to be pivotal.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't ? So, is catching Covid more or less likely to predispose me to Parkinsons than a vaccine ? Are all of we pro-vaccination people doomed to an early onset of Parkinsons or other horrible prion disease ?

People will often search out "evidence" to confirm their conscious or subconcious bias, thereby justifying to themselves the certainty of their "beliefs" and even proselytise and evangelise to try to convert others to their way of thinking. Missionary qualities.

Another addition to the sludge of disinformation.

Your 2 contradictory links , one from a wokey left wing click bait site, that talks of a 'web' of doctors , even naming some of them, but at least acknowledging that they are a hefty number of academics, pits its accusation they are all talking tosh, against Yahoo news , a wokey left wing relic of the 90s, who debate whether there actually are any doctors at all in their ranks ?

And you have the neck to talk about disinformation

The world's most published/cited cardiologist is very clear about covid vaccine injury rates:

We've been down this road before Zamber's, Dr. Peter McCullough is on the naughty list too.

Whether hes on the MSMs 'naughty list' or not , is he , or is he not, an eminent cardiologist ?

Career

After receiving his MPH, McCullough was a cardiovascular fellow at William Beaumont Hospital in the Detroit metropolitan area until 1997. He then worked successively at the Henry Ford Heart and Vascular Institute in Detroit until 2000, served as section chief of cardiology of the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine, and returned to William Beaumont Hospital where he worked from 2002 to 2010.[7] He spent the next four years as chief academic and scientific officer of the St. John Providence Health System, Detroit, before joining the Baylor University Medical Center in 2014.[7][9] McCullough entered into a confidential separation agreement with Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in February 2021. In July, in response to his promotion of misinformation about COVID-19, Baylor sued McCullough to stop him from associating himself with Baylor.[10][11][5]

McCullough is a founder and current president of the Cardio Renal Society of America[9][12] and co-editor-in-chief of the Society's journal, Cardiorenal Medicine[13] and editor of the journal Reviews in Cardiovascular Medicine.[14][15] He has conducted several studies on running and heart disease,[16] and co-described the term Phidippides cardiomyopathy, a heart condition found in some high endurance athletes.[17][18][19] Other research has included the relationship between heart disease and kidney disease[20] and risk factors for heart disease.[21] He is a member of the conservative advocacy group Association of American Physicians and Surgeons.[22][3]

Out of date really, But the original line of thought was "How are returnees going to be PCR tested?, on the Tarmac?, in the terminal?, when you get home?"

For many nations [notably India and Japan] covid is fast receding in the rearview mirror.

Spain has downgraded covid to "flu".

Testing? Looking increasingly redundant if re-classified as an endemic coronavirus.

And as for vaccine mandates...you absolutely have to park logic at the door if you still think that is neccessary.

In the post I referred to the fact that the original question posed was completely outdated, and was wondering how it morphed into so many pages of completely unconnected “discussion”

Indeed, the funniest part is that Pfizer could take all the 'tin foil hat people' ( the ones pointing out the 'deficiencies' in their wares and the methodology in the trials which they are alleged to have cut corners on) to the cleaners in court if they could show that the claims made were false... 🤣

Also from wikipedia

During the COVID-19 pandemic, McCullough promoted misinformation about COVID-19, the COVID-19 vaccine, and COVID-19 treatments.[4][5][6]
Let me try and educate you Murray.

What I quoted from Wiki , are FACTS from McCulloughs history.

What YOU have quoted , is a CLAIM.
See the 3 little numbers at the end , those are the references for the statement.

Number 4 is from a fact check website , that claims McCullough is 'a private practice internist' and completely ignores his skillset and history.
It goes on to say he is a frequent spreader of covid disinformation, because he claims the vaccine efficacy is (due to actual studies ) only around 40 -70 % , and is largely ineffective.
The piece claims the vaccine producers have cited 90-95 % efficacy , so the man is obviously a tin foiler.
We now know who was right and who was wrong dont we ?

Number 5 is an OPINION piece in a med forum , from another doctor saying McCullough is wrong , because hes read it somewhere.

Number 6 , another fact check site with terrible spelling , where McCullough allegedly you tubes a plea to the Malaysian government to 'dismantle' its covid jab program.
I cant check the video , as there is no working link, but for a western doctor to try and sway a countries medical program sounds implausible.

The lesson , not everything you read on the interweb is a fact , but sometimes its dressed up to look like one, so take Wiki with a pinch of salt.

What's the point in taking someone to court for financial compensation when the same person has no job, couldn't afford to buy a jacket for a gooseberry and couldn't influence a kettle to come to a boil?

You're overestimating how seriously people with common sense take the "tin foil hat brigade", they are a source of entertainment, bereft of credibility.
