Just watched one there where he is was explaining about the stress over social media he was experiencing due to felling trees making more people eat their words.He has been the biggest source of information about farmers and farming since the Archers was launched back in 1950.
The general public is at last beginning to realise how precarious an occupation farming is.

oh don't get me wrong he is still a massive D@£$ but he had mights it.Much as I once viewed him as a complete and utter d*ck, he’s remodelled himself in my eyes.
I think the change for him (and my change in perspective of him) came when he said that he realised that on his farm, he had never been happier.

Much as this was a brilliant master plan in money-making for him (the show), I think he’s put a few things in perspective and I applaud him for televising the reality of farming.
