I've got my DSC1 this coming Thursday and as much as I've used the DSCtraining and ultimate deer data sites to practice the questions, is there any other places I can practice my Deer identification, I'm just in constant loop on the other 2 sites and need some more photos to practice with!

Are you doing the 3 day DSC1 course, or just rocking up on the final day to do the exam? If you're doing the course then don't worry about it - you will be taught all the key ID points for the different species.

It's a 1 day course 1-1 with the assessor. With option to go to second day if assessor thinks I need more concentrated revision. I've taken many practice exams on dcstraining covering all the questions, which I don't have any issues with.

Thanks, it's the other site I've been using, was just seeing if their were any others.
I did mine at the beginning of the month. The BDS one is more than you need. It is harder than the actual test. If you are getting over 90% on the BDS tests with the grainy low res images then you will get full marks in DSC1.

If you can pass the DSC training full exams you will easily pass the dsc1 questions.
Just look through UK deer pictures and look for the identity markers you've learnt from the questions. I did mine a few years ago and those markers are bang on. I learnt more on the slides on the practice questions than the course. It tells you what to look for.
Enjoy it. It's not to catch you out, it's to help you.

As VSS says with the 3 day course you would be in a more comfortably paced situation
The course instructors are all there to help you whether its 1 day or 3 days so I wouldn't worry!
All the best

As has been mentioned, the usual one posted up is Spotted Fallow and Sika in summer coat. This can confuse some people as they look similar. You need 16 out of 20 to pass on the deer ID.
Good luck, I am sure you will be ok.
