Gave this a whirl in the slow cooker and it worked really well with some diced Roe shoulder.
I used 1x diced Roe shoulder and diced neck fillets
1x sachet creamed coconut
Some chopped spinach
Fry off the spices as per instructions in some coconut oil in a frying pan over a decent heat for 20 seconds or so.
Mix the base sauce and the diced meat in the slow cooker and put on the higher heat setting.
Add the spices from the frying pan , main sauce and the creamed coconut stir well.
After about an hour add some chopped spinach and reduce heat setting to low.
After about 6 hours it’s good to go and will be melt in the mouth tender.
