I'm looking for load data for the hornady SST specifically in 140gr but also 129gr with N160 powder.

The calibre is 6.5x55.

Can anyone post a scan of the page or point me in the direction of a link please?

Cheers

David

Hello David, have found 44.0 gr of N160 works very well in my CZ550, SE topped off with Hornady 140 gr. Viht list 43.4 to 46.7 for 140 heads. Why not start at the mid point and work up or down in intervals of 0.5gr. When you get your best group go down to intervals of 0.2. Hope this helps.

Hornady 9th Edition states 37.0 gr start to 41.0 gr max hope this helps for 6.5x55 Swedish Mauser

For 140gr SSTs, I use 46.7 grains of N160 in my Sako 75, which gives 2,660fps MV

To Ziggy's point below, these are seated specifically to my rifle at 3.110" OAL

with the 140 grain sst I use 47.3 grains of n160 haven't had them over a chrono but they wouldn't shoot for love nor money until I got the seating to 10 thou off the lands and they are capable of single hole groups now
