Sat has 3 gas sources (surface, on board bell and bailout), all gear is a good deal over engineered so in relatively safe hands
Luke my DM who was in the water to my right was abt an arms length for the ten min ride...Still here

Do not jest! On the shores of Lough Foyle, on the southern side there is a village called Muff and allegedly there was/is a club engaging in ahem, “aquatic“ pursuits. The local garage used to sell their club badges - very popular with English tourists for some reason particularly at the Annual Festival…

My bell partner this trip is 59 , and on the other team he’s 62 , and fit as a butchers dog
I’m 52 😂
Must be worse than mad still going into sat at that age, Ive worked on a few dive boats over the years and with some good lads but I think I would be calling it a day when I reached 60, I remember one young lad years ago going in for his first sat, I think it was on the Pelican or Bar P, He came out after 2 weeks and vowed never to go back in, He hated every minute of it.
