hmm..my revised criteria:
a. Fixed Blade
b. Blade 4" to 6"
c. Must be able to hold a very sharp edge
d. Useful for both sticking deer (bleeding, and in Atlas joint if required)
e. Good for gralloching, skinning, and butchering/jointing
f. Price up to £75
g. Black plastic/rubber handle
h. Leather sheath with securing mechanism to avoid knive falling out
I really like the Bayley knife, but MAN its EXPENSIVE!
