Guntrader Website Update

They have uploaded old adds aswell on the update. I enquired about two products to be told they had been sold before Xmas and they had re listed their items after the update!

It's you lot🤣
Just use the bars in the top right corner to then select from a list.....it's easy.
😁

It wouldn’t let me search more than one caliber at a time.
For example, “sako 75” , .270 or .30-06? Personally not fussed. Could only do either or and not pull up a list of guns like it used to 🙄

There is only one calibre, 30-30, I got straight in there....🤣
No I know, it only seems to allow one selection. I think that will change soon.

They first introduced this new style website briefly (for less than a day) a week or so ago & then reverted to the original version, after first seeing it last week I commented via their email system that it was awful.

I suggested that as a minimum they changed the order of the ‘makers’ search to be alphabetical not ranked by popularity (i.e as buyers look for a makers name & don’t care which make has the most for sale). Additionally the calibre search should be ranked by caliber size - not by how many are for sale of a given calibre (i.e. Buyers want to easily find a certain calibre - they don’t care if there’s a million .22LR for sale first).

I didn’t get a response nor of course was any notice taken of my comments (I hardly expected there would be).

The original main search function wasn’t the most attractive but it worked well as all options could be seen including ones you may not have considered.

Another example of a website designer forgetting or not understanding what users are looking for.
