Ticket in the post Monday 20th, I delayed the process by not giving all info for variation which they promptly got in touch to resolve , ticket back today. With a refund of variation fee as they consider it 1 for 1.
And they were nice to deal with too.

Must admit Glasgow are absolutely spot on for variations too, had one a few weeks back new certificate was with me in 3 days from when I sent it off to them

Handed my variation in today in Glasgow, phone call later to say its ready for pickup Monday.

Honestly I've found them to be amazing even through Covid times.

I've emailed the team there to thank them for their service previously and I think a box of chocs for the team will be turning up with me on Monday
