Depends how long ago you did your DSC1. It's only about a year ago (or maybe two) that the Large Game Meat Hygiene element was moved from DSC1 to DSC2.
Yes, you will have to have a Large Game Meat Hygiene certificate in order to sell to an AGHE (game dealer).
Formerly part of DSC1, it's now included in DSC2. Or you can do it as a standalone course with other providers, such as LANTRA.
DSC1 on its own is no longer sufficient, if you did it after the change.
