I'm in Derby and put my renewal in 2nd week in April last week was getting a little worried not had any response then an email appeared asking me me chase up my referees as they hadn't sent back there forms ! Rang them both not received any email ! Emailed the renewals team telling them this and they resent the referee forms 3 days later nothing had arrived with them no inbox no spam nothing sent off a few emails explaining this including screen shots of inboxes and spam folders and was told she didn't have time to spend on this and to send new referee detail ( total new ones) did that and still no email arrived with them.
Spoke to the guys at the club and 2 members have had very similar problems not receiving emails and referee forms
