today I have been mostly?
minced venison/ onion /parsley/black& cayenne pepper with gelatin.eat cold😋,×4.
venison diced with onion and pepper corn gravy 😋,×3.
pheasant thighs diced with pepper corn gravy 😋×2.
pheasant sag aloo with puff pastry 😋×2.

pheasant curry.
ingredients.
3 potatoes,skin on inch cubed
1 very large onion med diced
1 red 1 green 1 yellow pepper med diced
half cup peas
2 TSP cumin
2 TSP coriander
1/2 TSP chili
4 TSP garlic or 1/2 bulb
4 TSP ginger
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tbl mango chutney
1/4 tomato sauce.
1 tin coconut milk
1 tin chopped tomatoes.
600g diced pheasant 1/2 inch cube.
method.
mix all the spices with the olive oil to form a paste,then brown the meat in a wok.
when brown add the onion/ pepper's.
while this is cooking put the coconut milk and tomato's and potatoes in the slow cooker.
when the meat and vedg is cooked add to the rest.
leave to cook for 3 hours ish till the potatoes are done.i use the potatoes as a timer,when there done it's done.
lastly add the Tommy sauce and mango chutney.salt to taste.
serve with basmati rice or even noodles.IMG_20230706_182042.webp
