Sat out over a small silage cut last night, dropped another @1 am & put the seat back down for a snooze.

Bounders... how dare people enjoy themselves on a Saturday nightloud bloody music from some party booming everywhere

Precisely no need for it, go the pub if they need to talk bollocks at night with someone.....Bounders... how dare people enjoy themselves on a Saturday night![]()

its nice when it all goes right after a moment of wrong my second one last night came in like a train to a mouth call i just had to pick my time when i could see more of it through the grass a quick shout to stop it and bangWell, just for a change I reverted to daytime calling and a rascal ran right up to me from my 9 o’clock - quick spin to my left with quads just in time to see his tail disappearing into the cover, bugger!
Kept calling and right on cue he walked straight into my sights - sometimes it actually does go to plan (B).

Aye - I love the developments in electronic sights and thermal but I do sorta hanker for those far-off simple days when I didn’t have to wrestle with the Pard’s many buttons in moments of incoming fox-induced panic but then I wouldn’t have some, but definitely not all, of the video memories to look back on.its nice when it all goes right after a moment of wrong my second one last night came in like a train to a mouth call i just had to pick my time when i could see more of it through the grass a quick shout to stop it and bang
