Shooterking Heads Up

Ok, Shooterking just sent a couple of emails, one advising me that the goods have now been shipped via DPD and a second to thanks me for my custom and that the order has been completed. I placed the original order 5th September and this is the first communication since the order acknowledgement.

I still haven’t had any contact from shooter king or Vagor (haven’t even received an order confirmation e-mail). I spoke to a chap from their warehouse in Lincolnshire on the hunt for answers. He told me that only part of my order had been sent (shooting instruction) as the trousers are out of stock at their warehouse and they are waiting for more to be delivered (unsure when). He’s not sure why Shooterking have not been in contact but have passed it on to their contact to provide an update.

Ah! My order was placed on the 7th, so no need for me to panic just yet 
Just been refunded on my purchase of a back pack. Placed the order start of the week.

I also have just been refunded for pair of trousers I did not receive so think everyone will receive money back shortly if items were missed from order.
Well, had a DPD delivery after all and an email saying part of my order was being credited, looks like the trousers I ordered are not available !! only advised at the same time as the smock arrived. looks like a credit will be issued.
Only thing I will say is it's very poor on the communication side of things, ordered on the 5th and nothing till yesterday apart from the initial order acknowledgement email and a phone number that goes straight to voicemail.

What style and size trousers? I’ve had no communication from them at all. Won’t be using again I’m afraid.

Most sizes are showing out of stock now. Showed in stock when I ordered and paid though. Looks like they run a poor system that lets them sell more than they physically have available. Had this twice this week now, propshaft for the disco refunded as the price on their site was wrong.
I ordered a pair of Venatu trousers a week ago, today I received an e mail saying they were out of stock.
They confirmed that I would receive a refund, but won’t be bothering with Shooterking again, plenty of other products on the market that don’t advertise sales that don’t seem to exist.

I have just received an email giving me a Royal Mail tracking number.

Email received. Explaining out of stock at warehouse so a new batch had been requested that has arrived. Expected to be with me by Friday. Use the email office@shooterking.com if you would like contact.
I'm not too fussed tbh I only ordered them because the deal was too good but I have more shooting trousers than I will ever need in my lifetimeStrange. I'll keep you guys updated if they arrive
