Swap: North Yorkshire County Durham stalking

I’m currently looking for some were too stalk in and around County Durham North Yorkshire area I am willing to pay an annual fee etc but ideally looking for ground I can go too with out relying on other people.
I have recently left the military and have moved back home I will be door knocking but as we all know it’s not always that simple I can offer service and maintenance on refrigeration/ laders/ cold rooms and airconditioning in return I don’t have much too offer just thought I would put this out there as an off chance.
