Shooterking I-vest problem.

I have a two year old I-vest that when powered up the blue light flashes for maybe 20 seconds then shuts off ,pressing the button whilst it’s flashing does nothing, I’ve tried 3 different power banks with the same result, any ideas as to the cause please?

I burst the zip off a brand new jacket due to bad design. I emailed them and haven't heard a peep either. Going by their sale on everything, it wouldn't surprise me if they are selling up. Shame, as some of the kit was decent material.

Just discovered that if I plug the power pack in you have a couple of seconds before the blue light flashes, if you’re quick you can get it to operate via the I-warm app but it shuts off completely after 10 seconds, think I’ll buy another brand, any suggestions for a decent alternative, not a £4.99p special.

i have an issue with the heated t-shirt and no answer to two emails. They were going to be getting a visit from me at the shooting show if they were there.
Just checked the exhibitors and they don’t appear to be there.

It’s the garment itself that’s knackered, I have tried 3 different power banks so it’s not a power supply issue, I’m looking for a recommendation for a decent replacement jacket.

Evidently Shooterking are still trading, I asked them a question about a potential purchase ang got an response from a Rachel on office@shooterking.com who apologised for the delay in responding (about 5 weeks) and said they were short staffed

I have over the last few weeks tried several “cheap” ebay and amazon heated vests, getting the correct size was the first problem, however once I got that sorted then I found they liked to annoyingly turn themselves randomly off when in use, no logic to when, may be a few minutes or after an hour. I tried several power banks with same results.

However this last one I got I am very happy with, sizes are true to that expected, stays powered on, no random turning off and is warm, excellent quality. So much so I have just purchased a spare when recently on offer for £19.99 a bargain.

Highly recommended and free return should you not agree with me.

Just had a look at the Vulcan site.
The layout is different to when I ordered my gloves / socks a few months ago but I think it’s just an updated website.
My user name and password still got me to my account and allowed me to view previous orders.
Couldn’t find delivery info on the site though
