so with the RL-10 powder my best group was with the Hornady 19.5gr @ 0.5"
and the N-133 was the Sierra 23.5gr @ 0.5" or the Hornady 21.5gr @ 0.4" without 1 flyer.
next plan is to re check the best group size with each powder with each bullet,
 
The increments need to be smaller , you may have better precision between these loads . In a case the size of .223 I would suggest 0.3 grains increments .
I'm sure it's been suggested previously by Lancaster .
 
i will get on making them up this week then, yes its been mentioned a couple of times, i just needed that memory jog, so much alien info has gone in ,y brain this last couple of weeks, some details go astray :)👍

.so this is my list of all the in between increments of .3's. or as near as i can,but then i spot on so sierra load data on here and what iv seen elsewhere, and as you say it says 22.9 for the RL-10 powder,and for the N133 it says 23gr but on there load data at acurate shooter.net it says 24.9 for the N133

Use the most up-to-date , when was the data on Accurate Shooter last updated .
You have little experience of recognising pressure , so my advice would be to stay with the bullet specific data you have at least until have more experience.
 
Looks like old Sierra data , it's possible that the data has become more conservative . You should be able to find good precision and accuracy within the newest data .

I have to say this in question form. What published pressured tested data aka from either bullet manufacturers or powder manufacturers is over either SAMMI or CIP pressure standards? Note that I ignored both Quick load and Gordon's program's.
 
Go for it mate! A lot of people put me off before I decided to jump down the rabbit hole.

It’s very rewarding knowing you have tailored a round to your rifle and achieved cloverleaf groupings.
But don’t do it if you are looking to save money!😂

It's a trickler, you throw your charges 0.5-1gn light then trickle the rest, a Lee perfect powder measure will easily get you within range of trickling the last 0.5- 1gn.
 
Right i see, then in my eyes its created a solution to something that wasnt a problem. i use my powder thrower then end up with 3-5 turns of my trickler, cant see a machine making that any easier, i recon it would save me 5-8 seconds per charge, but im new to the game so have no idea really, you could sell me magic beans at this point:lol:
