Looks lovely that! I'm also one for using a peppercorn (or other 'steak') sauce primarily for the potatoes or whatever accompanying carbs I'm having, as the steak is plenty good on its own but sauce flavours really up the tastiness of the potato.View attachment 352595
Tenderloin and my take on home made peppercorn sauce and mushrooms. More for the crushed potatoes than the meat. My 2 year old couldn't get enough of the tenderloin and also enjoyed devilled kidneys a few days before.
Well.....these sold out in 2hrs, so I'm just going to have to make some.
