My mam was on about some cooking programme she watches were a celebrity picks an ingredient that they absolutely love & one they can't stand then a chef makes something with one of the ingredients.

Just wondered what folks here would choose??

My choice

Heaven - cinnamon
Hell - salmon

That probably would have been Ready, Steady, Cook.

I love cold smoked salmon but cooked salmon is vile.

Heaven - black pudding
Hell - pancakes
