Well that’s reassuring….I also forgot to say, as the issues unfolded with ours, doing a lot of research, forums, FB groups etc we are not alone.
I think you either get one that works or doesn’t!!

Interesting idea - I thought more chimney brush but decided not to share that thought with HRH.If it doesn’t work well I think it would make a good toilet brush. Hairy enough.
Go on, get one and tell us tales of woe or excitement.

Posted this before - Exhibit A - my daughter’s pride and joy on the morning she left it with us whilst she went on holiday :-Whatever you do......pleeeeaasaasssse don't do what some of our local owners do with cockerpoo's and dress the blo*dy things up as if they're going for a walk down the Champs Elysee - almost as heinous a crime as having a man bun!
Spaniels, that's what you need - calm, cool, friendly, biddable, obedient, barking mad.........or a border terrier!![]()

Thank you Sir.We have a regular guest gun whose good lady, when she accompanies him, brings her cockerpoo to "help" his black Labrador. Named Teddy, which he really does resemble in looks,he sits quietly during the drive, actually picks up birds and is generally very well behaved. Struggles with large birds but partridge no problems.
Refuses to use steps into gun bus,has to be lifted in but lovely little fella all round.
If you get it young enough, it'll do what you teach it to do. Handsome is as handsome does with dogs![]()
Indeed so but something she has done since before she could even tie a bow! That’s you struck off the babysitting list.
Make sure it’s a warm bath and then blow dried with your own hairdryer. A cold hosepipe won’t be acceptable.
But you only have yourselves to blame for raising a daughter that thinks its acceptable to put a bow in dogs hair.
