Youl need 3x celery sticks,4x decent carrots
, 1x red onion 1x potato, some butter to fry in .1 small spoon of vegetable oil.
Vegetable stock ,1x spoon mustard and salt n pepper to taste.Add a slack handful of peas

Chop the onion and fry in oil and butter till soft don't crisp or burn.
Add the chopped potato, carrots and celery and fry for 20/ 30 minutes till soft .
Add your vegetable stock and peas bring to the boil then simmer for 30 minutes,adding the spoon of mustard.
Reduce till its nice and thick then using a hand blender or w.h.y.
blitz till all is 1 thick soup .
I'm freezing mine for later but dish up with a dollop of cream or fromage frais to suit .
And a nice slice of crusty bread
