Stag on fuel station roundabout Norton Canes m6 toll road

Ok just stoped to let the dogs have a runabout and leaving at 3pm the is afternoon a stag was grazing on the exit roundabout by the fuel. Completely oblivious to traffic a young spiker!!
Had no idea there were reds in the area let alone at a service station!!!
Is this well know or what???

I don't know, but I've seen the odd one pretty regularly at that service station, and not always the same one.
Go for a walk up by the sculpture installation (or whatever it is) and you'll see plenty of slots of different species.

That would be more exclusive than a live red stag.

As deer go, it’s not far from Cannock chase and there are reds around there.

Reds on the chase emanate from the old park at Beaudesert. I believe the Council not the FC have most of the management of them.
