no1 minced wagu beef and organic onions and home made breadcrumbs to make the meat balls.a selection of fresh organic vegetables and fresh organic herbs and spices to make the curry sauce.all sourced from reputable supplier.
total cost £15 per portion.

Supermarket rotisserie chicken, beer battered onion rings, homemade chips and a crusty roll with vintage Irish cheddar was the dinner in a hurry yesterday.

The chicken was literally just off the rotating spit and it took all my willpower to drive home and not open the bag and tear a piece off.

Squashed as much of everything I could fit into the bread and mangled it like a hungry lurcher.

Roasted chicken, potatoes, mushrooms stuffed with peppers and topped with cheddar and creamed spinach. There was a colour explosion on the plate when the mushrooms were sliced but the hurling on the telly was too fast paced and exciting to be taking more pictures.

Baked boneless chicken thighs in a hoisin sauce with homemade fried rice and a glass of Merlot.

A cup of Barry's Tea and a few spicy biscuits for dessert.
