How are people carrying and storing their thermals ?
Hand-held / neck lanyard / dedicated pouch ?

Neck lanyard, mines from " keepers cottage " on line .
The padded storage bag from pulsar protects well during transit on my axiom spotter .
Plenty to chose from, everyone seems to have a plastic I'd badge around their neck these days .
Or buy a pair of leather boot laces and make your own. Atb

Bungee cord around my neck. It is just the correct length so I can let it hang and it is within reach of my hand.
I also have a pouch that sits on my bag shoulder strap so it can sit there when walking.

Mine fits in the Kuiu phone holder, and I lanyard it to the pouch so I an just let it dangle if i need to bring the rifle up

Neck strap only. Never go in pockets or pouch. Either in my hand or to eye. Only ever not held is when taking a shot.

Molle pouch for about a fiver from Temu next to my bins on Eberlestock harness as Hikmicro Conder is big for a pocket. Pop neck strap on when I first get it out and leave it on when I leave it in undone pouch to avoid an expensive drop!

Telos on a pulsar padded lanyard

Telos is on a pulsar neck strap, it's OK when walking but hopeless when crawling as it dangles all over the place, and I can't tuck it into my jacket because of the bino harness. My helion had a 3d printed clip that clipped onto the harness strap but the telos doesn't have anywhere to attach a clip. Someone needs to design a bino harness that acceps both binos and thermal, and publish which models it will accommodate.

The Telos looks like it'd fit fine in the eBay special molle water bottle holder. I've one for my camping rucksack and it takes my chunky Grayl Geopress bottle.

If you want to be a bit Gucci, look at the bear spray holder for the Kuiu bino harness and see if that'll hold a Telos

The Eberlestock has Molle system mountings. The pouches are available to attach very cheaply via China or more expensively if someone has already bought them from China. I have one for thermal (as above), one for knives, gloves, etc, a small one for bipod with a strap to hold it and on the back one with gralloch and first aid kit and just enough room for lightweight waterproof smock, ideal for storing it during “sweaty extractions”!

Paracord with a breakaway, either sits in one of the side pockets of my bino harness or, if out foxing, in the chest pocket of my jacket/jumper etc.

Using mergers atm so carried just like binos. However, when I had a monocular type, I had a neck lanyard with a quick detachable pinch clip, so I could use the hand strap easily

The Pulsar lives in its padded bag on a shelf in the shed , then in the rucksack on the way to shoot and then on the padded lanyard round my neck when im out mooching.
